There's something extra cute about money puppies. Money babies? We're going to Dr. Google for a minute, so we can solve this question. […] Well, apparently a baby monkey is called an infant, just like a human baby is! It's surprising and also not surprising at all to learn. It's because monkeys are primates, just like us, so our babies are called the same. We started by wanting to fawn over the fact that baby monkeys are so cute, probably because they remind us so much of human babies - but ended up discovering that both our babies are cousins, just like we are. How wholesome is that?

We know there are other animals who “wear” trinkets to try and look prettier (Have you even seen a parrot decorating its tail with pieces of paper they deem beautiful? Adorable) - but having someone so close to us genetically do that makes it more special. It feels more like when we put on earrings or necklaces, because honestly? A chimpanzee could totally do that, too. And she'd look amazing, for sure.
